この突き出し電飾看板と壁面の看板も利用します。
足場を組んで施工準備 
既存の看板に新しいベースを貼ります。 
これは流石に古すぎるので撤去して作り替えます。
先ほど貼ったベースの上に塩ビの出力シートを貼ります。
こちら側にも同じような作業をします。電飾看板は面版を抜いて古いシートを貼り替えます。
作業が夜までかかりました。
横の壁面看板にスポットを取り付けました。
電飾看板の面版を張り替える作業です。
貼るより剥ぐのが大変でした。(^0^;) 
仕上がりです。
電球も交換して、周りがぐっと明るくなりました。
